My Story

This picture of me from 2009 has never been seen by anyone besides my family.

This was after I had surgery for a herniated disc. When I was my highest weight of 216. I wore a size 22W. I felt terrible and I looked terrible.

I count get my pain under control and I was in terrible physical condition.

This was right before I joined weight watchers and lost 50 pounds only to gain it back again.

Before I found the right people, the right supplements and the right mindset to overcome this obstacle.

I was 42 years old.

Now at 58 I feel the best I have in my whole life. It has been a journey and there has been many challenges.

I’m here to tell you that if I can do this YOU CAN DO THIS!
